COVID-19
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we understand Canadians have many questions about finances, and may be worried.
We are still available to help!
We want you to know we are open for business, and despite these challenges being new for many in our industry, we have been operating on a semi-remote basis since we began. This is nothing new for us. We are, and always have been, able to accommodate those in remote, rural and isolated communities, in addition to those who now find themselves unable to attend our offices. Our regulators have provided the additional flexibility we need to be able to help our clients by phone, using secure video conference methods, and by other means when necessary.
How to work with us.
In light of recommendations to increase social distancing, our offices have been temporarily closed to the public. We can accommodate the following options to help you with your file or answer your questions as an alternative to an in-person office visit:
- Videoconferencing (Skype, Messenger, Zoom) or telephone for meetings and counseling sessions;
- Free scanning apps (e.g. Adobe Scan)Â to digitize your documents for sending them via email or fax;
- Use of email or fax to send in monthly income and expense forms; and
- Pre-authorized debit (PAD)Â to make payments.
We sincerely appreciate your trust in our team to handle your financial questions during this difficult time. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
